How soon will my order be shipped? 

All orders are processed once the credit card authorization and verification have been obtained and once your Purchase Order has been approved. Orders ship as soon as possible. Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday, not including holidays.

How are shipping rates determined? 

Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Global Scribes will be shipping using USPS at this time, you can track your order online at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction with the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email.

Due to high demand, we are sometimes low in our stock (we are new! 😳) - as soon as we have your item/s our shipping is as follows: Shipping within the Continental US usually takes 3-5 business days while AK, HI, Guam, and Puerto Rico usually takes 6-8 days. International orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
